Exchange Policy:
- 100% Exchange: You can exchange your diamond jewellery for another piece of equal or greater value.
- 80% Buyback: If you’d like to return your diamond jewellery, we’ll provide a buyback of 80% of the original purchase price.
Please note that all exchanges and buybacks are subject to inspection and verification of the jewellery’s condition. An official certification of the jewellery along with the bill recieved from us, is mandatory.
